ThefirstyearofICMprovidesyouwitha
solid basis in communication, marketing,
intercultural issues, journalistic and
writing skills, and of course digital media.
The second year is more intense and
specific: concrete projects, such as the
design of a cross-media campaign, or
the creation and printing of a magazine,
are combined with essential principles
of marketing, corporate and internal
communication,internationalLaw,
consumer behavior, intercultural
management and a foreign language.
The third year is entirely dedicated to
your profiling space and your internship.
During the fourth and final year, you
can choose between two specializations:
MediaorCommunication.

Writers,PublicRelationsConsultants,
Publishers,InterfaceDesigners,Event
Managers,Coordinatorsofadvertising

· Whataboutpracticalexperience?
All students must spend at least half of
the third year in a non-native environ-
ment. The profiling space consists of 6
months of studies, either at one of our
foreign partner universities, or at any
school or university in the Netherlands.

YouwillgraduatewithaBachelor's
degreeinCommunication.
· Whatissospecialaboutthis
programme?
Each year is divided in four different
blocks of ten weeks, each with a
specific theme. For example, in the
block"SocietyandCommunication"
you will have subjects such as Sociology,
GlobalEconomics,MassCommuni-
cation, writing classes and a project
in which you will have to make your
own documentary about a subculture.
When one block is finished, a new one
starts with a different theme.
